Due to the nature of our designs, all pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each garment is carefully created specifically for you, involving extensive hand embroidery and detailed craftsmanship that requires time and dedication.

However, if you receive an item with a defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist you.
